1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sixer6 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sixer6 platform. Your continued use of sixer6 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and sixer6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). References to "sixer6" throughout these Terms include the sixer6.net website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any platform features accessible through a sixer6 account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the sixer6 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling activities under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction;
• Are not accessing sixer6 from a jurisdiction where such activity is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Are acting on their own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

sixer6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation. It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify the legality of online gaming in their area of Pakistan or elsewhere before registering on sixer6.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) sixer6 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering a sixer6 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sixer6 login credentials. sixer6 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

sixer6 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period requested by sixer6 may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All sixer6 account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. sixer6 reserves the right to modify available payment methods without prior notice.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the sixer6 cashier and are subject to change. Deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in the name of the sixer6 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. sixer6 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the platform. sixer6 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and casino game activity on sixer6 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules prevail for that product.

sixer6 reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager where there is evidence of system errors, technical faults, data feed errors, or where the outcome was determined under circumstances that render the result invalid. Where bets are voided, the staked amount shall be returned to the User's sixer6 account balance.

sixer6 operates a sports betting sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures), football, UFC, boxing, and other markets. Odds are subject to change and sixer6 makes no guarantee that odds available at the time of bet placement will reflect final market prices.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sixer6 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements are met in full;
• sixer6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings;
• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.

• Attempting to circumvent sixer6's security measures or KYC processes.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sixer6 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of sixer6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sixer6 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of sixer6 content without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixer6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sixer6 platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were in place.

sixer6 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party network issues may result in temporary unavailability. sixer6 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by sixer6 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the sixer6 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

sixer6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their sixer6 account or via a platform notification. Your continued use of sixer6 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which sixer6 is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sixer6 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through sixer6's customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the platform's licensing authority.

Users accessing sixer6 from Pakistan are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Pakistani federal and provincial laws regarding online gaming. sixer6 does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in any particular Pakistani jurisdiction and accepts no liability for regulatory compliance failures on the part of individual Users.
